The brief
Challenge
Compete against international rental brands with far bigger budgets, on a fleet of sixteen vehicles. The category is notorious for hidden fees, airport queues and deposits that vanish for weeks, and every one of those is a reason to book elsewhere.
What was done
Approach
Attack the specific frustrations rather than the brands. Exact price for your dates shown on the page instead of an enquiry form. Delivery to the airport, your hotel or your door. Deposit refunded in 48 hours, stated as a promise on the front page. Confirmation on WhatsApp, so a traveller has a written record in the app they already use.
Decisions
Why it was built this way
01
Price, not enquiry
Pick the car, see the number for your dates. Every competitor in this bracket makes you ask, which is exactly the gap worth taking.
02
Naming the industry's sins
Unlimited kilometres, deposits back in 48 hours, quote fixed in writing. Each line is a direct answer to something a rental company did to the customer last time.
03
Delivery as the differentiator
Sixteen cars cannot beat an airport counter on scale, so it beats it on not having to stand in the queue at all.
